Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day appointments are subject to availability. A consultation is required before most bookings, please read carefully. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Some bookings require a $15 deposit prior to booking a session, with very limited exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, cash, bank transfer, or online payment systems. For cancellations or rescheduling, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, a $20 fee will apply. Please note that cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-show bookings will incur a 50% service fee. For our services, you will receive a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes with no notice, you will be subjected to a $10 late fee added to the appointment total after arrival. After 20-minutes with no notice and no appearance, you will be considered a no-show and have your appointment cancelled. Once you are marked as a no-show, the remaining balance of your appointment will be due before rebooking, additional to the late fee.
